Cost
How much does a website cost with you?
Our packages start at €499 (Business Card), €1,299 (Business) and €3,999 (Enterprise), all prices excl. VAT. What your project costs exactly depends on scope, design, features and content. You’ll find all packages on our pricing page, and your individual quote is free.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The project evaluation, the quote and an optional draft up front cost you nothing and come with no obligation.
What ongoing costs should I expect?
Typically hosting and maintenance (from €79 a month excl. VAT with us) and, optionally, performance marketing (€499 a month excl. VAT, plus ad budget). We list all costs up front in the quote so you can plan for them.
Timing
How long until my website is live?
That’s our strength: depending on requirements, your website can be live in just 2 days. For larger projects, the timeline depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback are available. Your quote includes a concrete schedule.
How quickly do you reply?
We’re reachable around the clock by email and contact form and reply within 1–3 hours. After that, we move straight on to evaluation and quote.
Hosting
Do I have to book hosting with you?
No. We’re happy to host your website, but you can also keep it with your current provider.
What’s included in hosting?
Hosting, regular updates, backups, SSL and a dedicated contact. Details under Hosting & maintenance.
Where are the servers located?
We host on Cloudflare. Your website is delivered via Cloudflare’s global network, always from a server close to your visitors. That makes it especially fast.
Content
Do I have to provide texts and images myself?
Yes, texts and images come from you. We don’t offer copywriting or photography. We do help you with the structure and tell you which content is needed where.
Can I edit my website myself later?
If you’d like to, we set up the website so you can update content yourself and show you how it works.
Who owns the website in the end?
You do. Once paid in full, the website, its content and all access credentials belong to you.

Do you work with clients outside Hamburg?
Yes. We’re based in Hamburg but happily work with businesses across Germany and beyond. Much of it happens by email and video call anyway.
Can I switch to you with an existing website?
Yes. We take over maintenance, migrate your website or do a relaunch without losing your rankings.
